Obituary for Frank Carrion Daviar
Frank Carrion Daviar, 92, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. on June 02, 2013. He was born on December 26, 1920 in San Francisco, CA. to Antonio Rodriguez and Isabel Carrion, immigrants from Spain.
Frank and his wife, Corr, were married in Reno, NV. on September 7, 1942. Together they made their home in and around Sunnyville, CA. for over 26 years. They owned and operated gas stations and grocery stores in this area. In 1968 they moved to Lake Tahoe, where Frank spent 25 years in the hospitality industry. After retiring (he worked until he was 80), Frank enjoyed traveling and going to 49er games.
At home, Frank loved watching sports, boxing being his favorite. He loved his pets, eating home-cooked meals and raiding the pantry for snacks. Frank's favorite saying was "I'll live to be 100 - if I don't die before". He often spoke of his wife and how much he missed her. Frank spent his last 3 years living in Lake Havasu City, enjoying his youngest grandson.
Frank is survived by his children, Frank David Daviar, Colleen Ann Farnsworth and Keith Bart Daviar; grandchildren, Scott and Stuart Farnsworth, Denee Youngblood, Denise Churchill and Cameron Daviar; great grandchildren, Madilynn Farnsworth, Shenee Daviar, Kieshawn, Isaiah and Jonah Youngblood; Zachary, Trent and Dilan Churchill and Ashley Hall; great great grandchildren, Steven and Chase Hall, brothers, Joe and Tony Rodriguez and sisters, Sally Randazzo, Connie Rodriguez and Bella Gallardo.
Interment took place at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Santa Rosa, CA.
